In our profession, mistakes or noncompliance are expensive and may lead to corporal punishment. It may be a very complex task to keep up-to-date with tax obligations of natural persons and companies. The Mexican tax environment is complicated and dynamic due to the existence of provisions applicable such as tax laws and their rules, the fiscal miscellany and the Tax Administration Service (TAS) standards.
Being worried about the human resource training of Firms as our firm and thinking about the positioning of the organization, in 2009, the office of RSM Bogarín Mazatlán launched a Certification in the tax matter in Mazatlán and Cabo San Lucas with the highest national and international quality standards. Something that was merely local became an obligation year after year, by convoking professionals coming from neighboring cities and states.
In 2009, the bet was on basic subjects but very deeply in such a way to permit participants to acquire the tools necessary to understand and put into practice the tax legislation.

Based on the knowledge of tax provisions, in 2010, the subjects of the certification focused on its correct strategic planning. The strong commercial relationship of Mexico with the United States of America incited national and foreign businessmen to create companies in both countries. Therefore, it became indispensable to know both tax legislations. From this reflection, and at the request of participants, in 2011, RSM gives to its clients an opportunity to get a certification on international subjects.
RSM Bogarín Mazatlán will continue promoting the training with the international quality highest standards. For the next year, three seminars are planned (Taxes, Finance and Law) and another certification on fiscal matters. Besides this, a Mexico-USA cross-border will be held, in which national and international public accountants will participate.
We invite you to express your opinion on the Certification and its modules on the RSM Bogarín Facebook.
