On last June 1-3, RSM Bogarín organized a convention for one of our most important regional clients: SITA, because of its abbreviation in French, Société Internationale de Télécommunications Aéronautiques, Specialists in air transport communications and IT Solutions. The main purpose consisted in reviewing and analyzing acquired commitments with Latin America. ??
The RSM Bogarín team composed of Alfonso Elías, President; Robert Burdett, Regional Director in America; Jonathan Rivera, Special Accounts; Alfredo Loredo, Partner in charge; and Gabriela Torres, Manager, was in charge of receiving the representatives of this company. In this event, many countries such as Argentina, Bolivia, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Panama and Venezuela. ??
Alan Canales, SITA controller for Latin America, explained the complexities in the management and accounting processes for which they need RSM solutions. Then, each Latin-American had the opportunity to talk about its areas already improved or to be improved. ??The convention was held in a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. After having managed this account for 12 months, through this convention, it was possible to ”come face-to-face” with our client and the offices that we attend. Jonathan Rivera, who was enthusiastic, said: “Normally, the communication with the client is by phone or e-mail”.
