Based on the interim and final payments for January 2012, declaring in February 2012, all corporations are required to use to fulfill these obligations, the service returns and payments made directly to the Management Service Taxation (SAT) the appropriate information.

ADVANCED ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE LAW
On January 11, 2012, was published in the Official Journal of the Federation (DOF), under DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC, the decree is issued the Advanced Electronic Signature Act and aims of accordance with section one of said ordinance, regulate:
- The use of advanced electronic signatures in the events of this Act and the issuance of digital certificates to individuals;
- Losserviciosrelacionadosconlafirmaelectrónicaavanzada, and
- The approval of the advanced electronic signature of advanced electronic signatures regulated by other legal provisions, in terms of this Act

MULTIPLE INFORMATION RETURN 2012
Released software on the Internet to file multiple reports that it has an expiry date of February 15, 2012, for the information for the year 2011. The program is the 2011 version 3.3.8 DIM. It is recalled that Annex 8 "Information Value Added Tax," is no longer present obligation under the second article of the decree of Facilities Management published June 30, 2010.

OTHER PUBLICATIONS
It is already released the software to file the Annual Declaration of persons for the year 2011, same as that found on the website of SAT as DEM (2012) version 1.5.3. This obligation could be met within the first three months of 2012.
Are published annexes: 1, 1 A, 3, 5, 7, 8, 11, 13, 15, 16 17, 18, 19 and 20 of the Omnibus Fiscal Year 2012.
